Cranberry Chicken Salad
8 chicken tenders
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
stalk of celery
tsp lemon
small pack of pecans
salt and pepper to taste
tsp chives
Boil
chicken.. Drain and cut into chunks. Add other ingredients. Mix with
mayo,sour cream, lemon, salt and pepper to your liking. Refrigerate for 1
hour. Serve or crackers or a bed of spring mix. Enjoy!
Honey-Wheat Bread Machine Rolls
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cups canola oil
2 tbls. honey
2 tsp salt
3 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 1/2 yeast
Add all ingredients as listed into bread machine.. Make a little well
in the middle of the flour and add yeast. Set bread machine to dough
cycle. When cycle is done remove dough and make into balls. Place on
greased sheet or pan. Allow to rise until double in size. Bake at 350
for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Sometimes I wash with little egg white or olive oil and sprinkle with garlic spice. But very tasty plain. Enjoy!!
